(Update #6) FP1: M/V ONE HENRY HUDSON 095 Incident

Dear Valued ONE Customers,

As an update to our fifth Customer Advisory, ONE would like to provide the latest details regarding the fire incident onboard the M/V ONE HENRY HUDSON at the Port of Los Angeles.

The vessel remains at Yusen Terminal (YTI) at the Port of Los Angeles. The initial phase of cargo discharge operations was completed last Friday, December 26, 2025. During this phase, Yusen Terminal (YTI) discharged dry containers from the affected cargo hold that were not impacted by the fire or firefighting water.

The next phase of cargo discharge operations for distressed containers began on December 29, 2025. Further water discharge operations in cargo hold are also expected to be conducted.

All containers discharged are being held at Yusen Terminal (YTI) for inspection by the US Coast Guard (USCG) and General Average and Salvage process.

ONE will provide further updates as soon as more information is available.

ONE is fully cooperating with the relevant stakeholders and will keep our customers updated on the status of the vessel.
