(Update #7) FP1: M/V ONE HENRY HUDSON 095 Incident

Dear Valued ONE Customers,

As an update to our sixth Customer Advisory, ONE would like to provide the latest details regarding the fire incident onboard the M/V ONE HENRY HUDSON at the Port of Los Angeles.

Operation Status
The vessel remains at Yusen Terminal (YTI) at the Port of Los Angeles. The water discharge operation and the distressed cargo discharge operation from the affected bays were completed on January 12th. The discharge operation of all remaining onboard containers is scheduled to begin from the middle of this week.

GA Surveyor Update
The General Average (GA) Surveyor details have been updated: Ken Shortall (ks@tmcmarine.com)

The GA surveyor has begun to arrange cargo surveys, which is expected to commence
from January 14th. Customers who intend to join are urged to contact the surveyor directly to coordinate the joint survey as soon as possible.

Cargo Arrangement
Once the containers are discharged and cleared from the General Average security and Salvage Security process and from any other cargo holds requirements, respective import and export cargo will be arranged as follows:

    Import Cargo to/via Los Angeles
The cargo will be released to the customers at Yusen Terminal (YTI) for local pick
up or arranged to an inland point destination based on the Bill of Lading
destination. The cargo readiness for pick up will be individually communicated.

    Import Cargo to Oakland
The cargo can be picked up at Los Angeles (LAX) by import customers or will be
transported to Oakland (OAK) via rail by ONE. For the direct pick up at LAX,
customs clearance is required at LAX. For rail transportation to OAK, ONE also
recommends customs clearance at LAX for smooth coordination.

    Export Cargo from/via Los Angeles
ONE will continue to arrange shipment to the intended destinations unless there
are changes in shipment plan by customers. For any changes, please reach out to
    your ONE point of contact.

ONE is fully cooperating with the relevant stakeholders and will keep our customers updated on the status of the vessel.

ONE has established a dedicated phone hotline for customers with inquiries regarding the ONE HENRY HUDSON (OHH) cargo arrangements.
OHH Hotline at 1-844-413-6029, option 3. (8:00am to 8:00pm est)

Please note: ONE continues to recommend that customers directly communicate with the GA adjuster at ohh-casualty@rhl-ct.com regarding the GA and Salvage security process to minimise any delay with your shipments.

Sincerely,
Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd.
