(Update #3) FP1: M/V ONE HENRY HUDSON 095W Incident
Dear Valued ONE Customers,
We would like to inform you of an update to our second Customer Advisory, regarding the fire
incident onboard the M/V ONE HENRY HUDSON at the Port of Los Angeles.
The M/V ONE HENRY HUDSON has been shifted to Yusen Terminal (YTI) at the Port of Los
Angeles alongside Berth 212.
Prior to docking, it was reported that the fire had been fully extinguished. We will continue to
monitor the situation to ensure that no further issues arise.
Due to the large amount of water used for fire fighting operations in some vessel holds, the
vessel must first dispose of that water in order for further inspection to be available.
Vessel Owners and the appointed salvage company are currently making the necessary
arrangements for the disposal operation. Although the situation is not clear at this point, it is
expected that at least a week will be needed before water disposal operations can commence.
Furthermore, the vessel is currently under the careful supervision of the United States Coast
Guard (USCG). Therefore, the resumption of cargo operations is subject to the permission of USCG.
ONE is fully cooperating with the relevant stakeholders and will keep our customers updated
on the status of the vessel.
Sincerely,
Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd.
