Ocean Network Express Publishes Sustainability Report 2026

Singapore, 21 September 2026 – Ocean Network Express (ONE) has published its Sustainability Report 2026, covering the period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. The report highlights ONE's progress and initiatives across four sustainability pillars: Environment, Operational Excellence, Social, and Governance.

The 2026 Report details the actions ONE is taking to integrate sustainability across its business and operations, from accelerating decarbonization and strengthening responsible practices to driving innovation. These initiatives reflect ONE’s commitment to creating long-term value and contributing to a more sustainable maritime industry.

Key highlights of the report include:

Environment
ONE achieved a 65% reduction in Scope 1 emissions intensity against its 2008 baseline. ONE also joined the Ship Recycling Transparency Initiative (SRTI), and expanded the scope of its externally assured emissions data this year to cover Upstream Transportation and Distribution (Scope 3, Category 4).

Operational Excellence
Digitalization and innovation efforts drove greater service efficiency and reliability, with 93% of customer bookings now processed through ONE's digital platforms. ONE INNOVATION also set a new industry record, with 22,233 TEUs loaded on board.

Social
ONE received its first ISO 45001 certification for its Singapore offices, reinforcing its commitment to workplace health and safety. The Company also continued to invest in developing future maritime talent through initiatives such as the MaritimeONE Scholarship Programme in Singapore, supporting the next generation of industry leaders. 

Governance
ONE strengthened its supply chain governance, with 98% of new suppliers adhering to its Supply Chain Management Guideline. ONE also maintained its ISO/IEC 27001 certification for information security, and reported no incidents of corruption.
